General Terms and Conditions
1. Subject matter of the contract and scope of application
The contract is based on the current information on the website www.bodymindandsoulmallorca.com including the service description and prices contained therein as well as these General Terms and Conditions.
By registering for an event or ordering a product (digital, virtual or physical), the buyer agrees to the GTCs.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the order via BUY NOW and receives an order confirmation by e-mail, which requires successful payment.
3. Prices and terms of payment
The ticket prices quoted include statutory VAT. Additional fees may apply. Accepted payment methods are credit card, Twint and instant bank transfer.
4. Delivery and shipping
Tickets will not be sent. The order confirmation is valid as a ticket upon presentation.
Various shipping methods are available for physical products, which can be selected when ordering.
5. Withdrawal refund
A refund of the ticket price is only possible if the event is canceled. In other cases there is no entitlement to a refund. We expressly point out that we are not a travel organizer but an event organizer and therefore there is no entitlement to a refund unless the event is cancelled for valid reasons.
6. Event changes
RK Business Consulting reserves the right to make changes to the program, date or venue. In the event of a significant change, participants will be informed immediately.
7. Limitations of liability
RK Business Consulting SL is only liable for grossly negligent or intentional behavior. No liability is accepted for failures or delays that are beyond its control.
8. Data protection
Customers’ personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Data will only be passed on to third parties in the context of contract processing.
9. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing event tickets, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 No. 9 BGB.
10. Final provisions
Spanish law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Palma. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
